Q1: How to enter pairing mode?

A1: Please long press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to turn on and enter pairing mode with LED flashing blue and red. Pairing name is E700.

Q2: How to reset E700 Wireless Headphones?

A2: Please press and hold both volume “+” and ”-“ at the same time for about 7 seconds until the LED flashes purple three times, then the LED flashes red and blue alternately to enter the pairing mode.

Q3: Why does one-key mute not work?

A3: Please make sure to press the “ANC” button three times in quickly and regularly, then the blue light flashes to indicate success.

Q4: Why can’t my Ankbit E700 wireless headphones connect to my TV?

Q6: Why can’t I hear when answering the phone?

1) If we answer the incoming call by touching the iphone screen, the default answer channel is via iphone itself. We need to touch the “audio icon” and exchange it from iphone to E700.

2) Since the phone volume is synchronized by default when answering callings, if the volume is too low to hear, please increase the volume.

Q7: Why the volume is very low although I have turned up the volume?
